Astral Projection

Today I had a client who has just experienced Astral projection so I thought it would be a good idea to explain in my own terms what Astral projection is and how you can start to embrace it and use it.

Before I can explain what astral projection is first I must explain that we have two types of body. We have the physical body which only exists in the here and now and is subject to time and distance and then we have the Astral body which is also be called the metaphysical body or the soul. It is if you like that part of us which never dies.

In its simplest form it is the act of flying when dreaming, most of us have experienced the phenomenon of falling in a dream state and then waking up with a jump. Certainly when we were younger this will have happened to a lot of people.

Because of the fear of this type of dream some of you will literally before you fall asleep jump in your beds. This is the brains way of stopping the astral body from leaving your corporeal body.

So as you have seen Astral Projection is when the spiritual body leaves the physical body, the Astral body is neither constrained by time, distance, or levels of existence.

What I mean by this that with the astral body you can move backwards and forwards in time, you can visit any place on the the earth or elsewhere for that matter and you can travel in the spiritual realms.

So what can Astral projection be used for:
* Past Life Regression.
* Visiting people remotely.
* Looking into the future. (what you must bear in mind here is that you will always be seeing potential rather than reality)
* Working on the astral plane (this can be used to alleviate fears in others or psychically protect people)
* Visiting the Spiritual planes where you can communicate with loved ones or your spirit guides.

One final note that I feel I must express is that a lot of people are fearful of using this tool, however in my experience I have nor the people I have guided have experienced anything that has frightened them all that has come from the experience is a further level of understanding.
Always
