I am Psychic so are You

Every person I have ever met is Psychic on one level or another, the problem as I perceive it is that there are different types of abilities.

Most people perceive that being psychic means that you see ghosts or spirits, in fact this could not be further from the truth.

For me being psychic means that you see feel or hear things that do not relate to the fixed "Real World" what I mean is that through perception you pick up things that have no tangible basis and are not based upon fact.

Ok lets start, have you ever had a gut instinct about something, have you ever felt sad when in someone elses company for no accountable reason. Have you taken an instant dislike for someone even though you have said no more than a few words to them. Equally have you ever felt upon meeting someone that you have known them for along time. Have you ever suddenly felt chills up your spine for no accountable reason. Have you known the result of something before you have started. Have you had the sudden impulse to do something even though it is totally out of character.

If you can relate to any of the above these are all signs of Psychic ability.

So how do you develop these abilities, like anything it requires practice and I will honestly say that the only difference between myself and others is that I trust the feelings I am getting more than others.

So the first thing to do is experiment with any thoughts or feelings you are getting, I always ask myself why am I getting this information or feeling then I allow it to grow stronger, rather than disregarding it on first encounter.

Once you start to do this your abilities will start to grow and with that comes a level of understanding, I will not say that it is easy because in reality there is only one thing that stops us being truly psychic and that is the logical mind.

The logical mind is that part of us that says no don't be stupid, what will other people think of you, and it is always active permanently stopping the intuitive side of you working.

If you would like me to discuss this topic further all you have to do is ask.

Meditation, Integration into your Daily Life

For those of you who are unaware, meditation is the key to integrating your spiritual soul into your daily being. Your spiritual soul exists at all times, yet it is only at times of complete harmony and peace that we become aware of this side of ourselves. Yet it plays constantly with us creating Karma for us to endure, it is if you like molding us through experience, teaching us that we have no control over ourselves, others and our environment.

It is if you like, like swimming in quicksand the more you struggle the worse it gets.  Whereas as soon as you stop struggling and trying to achieve, you rise to the surface and so it is with this realisation you find out who you are!

So how do you move yourself closer to you soul?  Simple really, you stop trying to control the future and seeing the past in terms of failure or success. Stop measuring yourself against others or against your own expectations.  You already are perfect.  Remember this!!

You are in exactly the right place and time to move forward on a spiritual level NOW, no ifs and buts the time is now.

So how to integrate meditation into every waking moment?

Focus totally upon what you are doing at that moment in time.  Just do what you are doing with no expectations about the outcome. No thoughts as to is this right or wrong?   As soon as your mind or emotions start to drift pull them back to the here and now.

When talking to others, speak from the heart.   Be honest and open, yet have integrity to yourself. However, with being truthful, comes the resposibility of never being destructive, always empower others, do not let your ego dictate your reactions.  Do not concern yourselves in the fact that they are only interested in themselves, for that is the nature of life.  Remember you have been like that too.

Remember that this is your JOURNEY, one that you have chosen to embark upon.   It is your choice.   Others may choose to make the same journey, but they will be making that journey from a different departure point.

And finally, once you embark upon this journey and you start to understand yourself, you will then start to see clearly where others are upon their journey too and what things they are yet to experience.  However, you will only ever understand what you have already experienced so if you meet people further along the pathway there will be little understanding.

Astral Projection

Today I had a client who has just experienced Astral projection so I thought it would be a good idea to explain in my own terms what Astral projection is and how you can start to embrace it and use it.

Before I can explain what astral projection is first I must explain that we have two types of body. We have the physical body which only exists in the here and now and is subject to time and distance and then we have the Astral body which is also be called the metaphysical body or the soul. It is if you like that part of us which never dies.

In its simplest form it is the act of flying when dreaming, most of us have experienced the phenomenon of falling in a dream state and then waking up with a jump. Certainly when we were younger this will have happened to a lot of people.

Because of the fear of this type of dream some of you will literally before you fall asleep jump in your beds. This is the brains way of stopping the astral body from leaving your corporeal body.

So as you have seen Astral Projection is when the spiritual body leaves the physical body, the Astral body is neither constrained by time, distance, or levels of existence.

What I mean by this that with the astral body you can move backwards and forwards in time, you can visit any place on the the earth or elsewhere for that matter and you can travel in the spiritual realms.

So what can Astral projection be used for:
* Past Life Regression.
* Visiting people remotely.
* Looking into the future. (what you must bear in mind here is that you will always be seeing potential rather than reality)
* Working on the astral plane (this can be used to alleviate fears in others or psychically protect people)
* Visiting the Spiritual planes where you can communicate with loved ones or your spirit guides.

One final note that I feel I must express is that a lot of people are fearful of using this tool, however in my experience I have nor the people I have guided have experienced anything that has frightened them all that has come from the experience is a further level of understanding.

Understanding Yourself and others

Everything that we perceive is nothing more than the one, everyone perceives the one in different ways no one sees the same situation in the same way.
Do not judge others because their perception is different from yours for that is their nature and is based upon their experiences.
Every word that is written will be perceived in a different way some will like it some will hate it and some will be at every point in between these 2 extremes.
For these reasons you should never judge yourself because the parameters are always skewed, you are not this, you are not that, what you forget is what you are!
Stillness in thought and action is the only pathway forward, do not try to double guess your options do what you believe is right this is the only pathway to success for you will never be all things to all men. Always work from a position of integrity that is your right and no one can take this away from you.

You already are perfect, once you realise this you cease to struggle trying to improve perfection, for this is like trying to gild the lily to make it more perfect.
Your view point is only valid for you because this is based upon all of your experiences, some people may be able to understand this view point but only if their experiences have been similar. So why get sad when you are misunderstood, this is the problem with communication, one is always talking from their perception of a situation, so if you want to be understood firstly you have to understand the perceptions of the person you are communicating with.
You will always find at times that people will get upset at what you are saying that is because you have phrased it in such a way that you understand but from their perception means exactly the opposite.

The biggest problem with the written word or verbal communication is that it comes from the mind and as such is always scanned by the ego before anything is said and written and as such is always designed to impress the listener or the reader, yet until we learn as a species to communicate totally on an emotional level we will always create conflict in our lives. The answer to this conundrum is to speak or write in such a way as to stop the ego or your own sense of self worth getting in the way, never judge what you are saying don't try to say the right thing, for it is only then that you are truly communicating.

When listening do not listen to the words that are said, listen to what is trying to be communicated for there will always be a sub-message to what is being said. See what resonates with you as the true meaning. However communication is about understanding so there will always be times in your life when you are trying to communicate with someone whose terms of reference are so different to your that you will have to understand where they are coming from first before you can talk in terms that they will understand. To do this you must rather than be confrontational you must find areas of agreement and understanding.

There will also be times when that area of understanding is so different that the only course of action is to separate yourself from this person.

OK on to this conundrum and how to square this circle “you are responsible for everything that happens to you” and “no matter how hard you try you cannot control anything”
In essence all of us try to control our lives we try and control what others think of us, we control our environments. Yet we are always failing, the more we perceive that we are in control the unhappier we become as the only way to be truly in control would be to live in a bubble isolated from the environment and others. True control and becoming responsible for everything that happens to you is achieved through flexibility it comes from understanding that everything is in a state of flux and is forever shifting. Once you start to understand this you start to respond to those shifts and change yourself according to the environment around you at that moment in time. You become like a wave on a long sandy beach moulding and moving yourself around the barriers in your way. That my friend is true control and responsibility for you actions.

Karma for the beginner

Karma put simply, is the result you get from something you have done or not done in the past.

It can be as simple as not looking where you are going and walking into someone.

It can also be as complex as who you are and the lessons that you encounter in this lifetime.

The one factor that must be recognised at all times is that you are entirely responsible for your own Karma no-one else is.

So, if you are responsible for your Karma, it stands to reason that the only person who can get rid of your Karma, is You.

Karma is fluid and is always in action in our lives, so if you change, you create different karma.

The beauty of this is if you dont like the outcome of your actions, change your actions and you change the outcome, or your Karma.

One general misconception about Karma that a lot of people subscribe to, is that we inherit bad karma from previous lives.

This belief would indicate that Karma is stored for future payback.   My experience shows that people are the sum of all their parts at this moment in time.  Karma is always working in the present with nothing stored for the future.

Your genetics and your upbringing all dictate the Karma you encounter at a given moment in time, but, and this is the big but, through changing yourself today, you change your Karma.

Not all changes have to be big, start on the little things. For all of us there are areas where we don't like the outcomes we are currently achieving,  so just change a little bit today.

One of the other things I have come to recognise about Karma is that our thoughts and our perceptions also create Karma. This is how creative visualtion works, your thoughts your fears really do become manifest through the law of Karma.

Sculpture by Laura Lian

So what I would suggest to you is, today, write down a list of the things that you would have liked to achieve in the next three months and, through doing this, you start to make Karma work for you.

Evolutuion of Man!

Evolutuion of Man!
I was asked the following question recently:
“What type of beings will evolve after humans and why?”
To start off with we have to look at how man has evolved thus far during the history of the planet and you can see that he has as a generalisation evolved through 3 distinct stages.
1.Physical
2.Mental
3.Emotional
Initially when we came down from the trees all we where interested in was was Physical aspects - food, procreation and sleep and everything revolved around your own self interest.
The next evolution was when man started to use his Mind.  This is characterised by man starting to work together and evolving hunter gatherer aspects and finding security in numbers, so that through joint interest, the individual flourishes. This period is also associated with man using his brain to control his environment and to overcome others with manipulation and power.
The third evolution was when man started to discover Emotion and love.  This is characterised with the start of religions and the initiation of man looking outside of himself and seeing beyond his own self interest.
Now I appreciate that all of us still know individuals who are still only interested in self – these people, for want of a better word, are younger Souls. However I will argue most strenuously that man and the planet has evolved in terms of Spirituality so that now it is more evolved than it was 100 years ago.
So what is the next stage of evolution for the world and man.  In one word it is Empathy. On a simplistic level, Empathy is seen as seeing and understanding someone else’s point of view.
What I mean by Empathy is the following:
Totally understanding others and perceiving their point of view without any form of judgement and unconditionally allowing them the freedom to act as they wish, provided it doesn’t harm anyone else without their permission in the process or harm the planet. It is if you like Unconditional Love and Trust rolled into one.
Empathy is the ability to see people for who they are without any verbal communication. So it is the ability that Clairsentients exhibit if you like but on a much higher scale.
Empathy means you also understand the environment we all live in so it is a heightened sense of the world our planet and its needs.
Empathy is the recognition that the planet, the flora and fauna, and all animals that exist are part of the whole and there is no differentiation between any of these things.
Empathy is a higher purer more evolved form of love.
Empathy comes from the solar plexus chakra
So for me the next being that will evolve is that of the fully empathic being one that lives and breathes understanding of others and his environment.

The Nature of the Beast

Who am I, what am I this is a question that I have been asking myself all my life, on an external level that is very easy to understand for I am the product of my genetics and my upbringing.

However on an inner level that answer never gave me any contentment as I was always looking for more, why did I feel so different from my parents, friends and society at general. I knew I was different but how to prove it that was the issue for me.

So from an early age I went about trying to find who I was, excelling at sport and finance. yet in reality I became more dissatisfied with life even though on an external level I was a so called success. What I realised during this era of my life is that there is always going to be someone better than you, so perhaps I learnt a little humility I hope.

Yet I realised then that I was never going to gain the answers I was looking for on an external level and in effect I gave up trying to prove myself to others.

As soon as this happened from my perception I started to grow on an inner level and I started to realise for want of a better name the nature of the beast.

Every creature on this planet has a nature, that is to say it is what it is, yet it is this nature that is its very barrier to evolution. This nature creates its very being it dictates its action and reaction it also creates its destiny. Evolution is the means by which we and all animals can escape this nature or destiny.

The Wolf and the Dog.

We all know about the nature of the wolf yet through the creation of trust the wolf has evolved into the dog, its nature to some part is still that of the wolf yet through trust the dog can evolve still further.

And on to Man

Trough observation and experience I have come to understand that Man has in effect 3 natures:

  1. Physical
  2. Mental
  3. Emotional

The youngest souls just work on a physical level and they are characterised by their need to acquire things and as such their lives are very simple as their whole lives revolve around themselves and their needs." I want" is an example of what drives them. They also just react to their situations without any thought on the consequences and it is always motivated by what they need. As they are young souls they are also allowed to dump on others and always coming away smelling of Roses.

The middle aged souls work on a mental level and as such are characterised by the words "I Will" for them the mind or will is paramount. They are intellectual enough to plan their lives and use ambition to succeed, plan is their moto as is control of their environment. They can be manipulative with other souls and ultimately they will use others to get what they want on whatever level. They also will blame external reason for their lack of success.

And so on to Older Souls, Older souls are characterised by their emotions or the words "I Feel", Emotions control their very being. Every action they take tends to be associated with "what will so and so think of me" So as such their lives are dictated by other peoples needs. Empathy is a great thing but it can also be totally debilitating.

Ok I acept that this is a very simplistic view on the nature of man, because in reality we all encompass these 3 natures to a varying degree, however it is by looking at the simple that you can then understand yours and others nature.
